All the resorts have some rooms that are mirror images of each other. This is very helpful for the accessible rooms - for dome people, it makes. No difference, but for others, the side the grab bars are on can make a big difference in how easily or even whether they can use the facilities.
The Disney website now allows the ability to book online, even the accessible rooms. Their website also has pictures so you can get an idea how the rooms are set up.
You can select the Accessible Rooms checkbox when you are online to view available accessible rooms.

In your case, since you need a very specific set up, I would suggest you book over the phone at (407) 939-1936 and explain specifically what you need.
Accessible rooms are scattered all over the resort and all views. Because there are a limited number of accessible rooms, you may already be limited as far as location and view. Adding in that you need an accessible room with a specific configuration limits it even more.
