Specialty cruise

Has anyone done a specialty cruise for fireworks at Epcot if so how much did it cost? We will be there April 8th my wife's birthday was considering this or dessert party which is already sold out

$350+ taxes and tip for up to 8 people.

Not worth it IMHO. We went in September and had 7 people in our party (2 bailed) and it was not at all worth it. The view wasn't great, the captain wasn't really even good. I would have rather spent that on a nicer dinner one night or added charecter dinner.

We went for my DD's 16th birthday and had an amazing time.

I ordered some fancy faundant Halloween themed chocolate cupcakes from YC private dining and they delivered them to the boat. The boat was decorated very nicely. They provided sodas, water, bags of chips and popcorn.

We had an amazing captain and he gave us a nice tour of the lake before docking to watch Illuminations. We had a great view and was a fantastic spot.

I thought it was expensive but well worth it for a special treat. We are scheduled for one again for DD's 18th B-day this year.

We did this for my twins 5th birthday and our experience was similar. They are now 13 and every once in a while they will bring up the birthday boat. They got a big kick out of the captain telling them when to blow out the torch and that they actually did it ! It was pricey but for us it was sooo worth it!
