Specialized menus?

Hi!
We're planning a trip the week after Thanksgiving for our 10dd, 8ds, 1.5dd (with hubby and I). We're not big fans of places that have "gourmet" or "specialized" menus. We had this problem fairly recently at TGIF: We *finally* found something we could eat and fairly well enjoy . . . but won't be back. There just weren't any "normal" selections on the menu.
Is this something we need to be concerned with at WDW? We're not planning on any signature dining, but do plan several TS meals. Please reassure me. :)

What is "normal" to you? That will help us recommend restaurants to look at.

To be honest I consider TGI Friday's to be very safe typical American fare, so if you ever had a problem eating there, Disney could be a challenge. You may want to stick with buffets.

Also, check out the menus on Disney's website, at wdwinfo.com or allears.net for ideas on what they serve at restaurants. :goodvibes
