Special Holiday Things?

First time going to US during the holidays - will be there from 12/19 to 12/21. Although our major priority is HP, what else would you recommend we try to put into our schedule? The parade and Grinch stuff sound interesting. Thanks!

Grinchmas is very good and Breakfast with Grinch might be a nice add on, the character interaction was very fun, but we are a family that loves Grinch, so a slight bias! As far as the parade goes, it was neat to watch for 10 minutes or so, but we are not a parade family. We loved the feel and decorations of the holidays in both parks. We love, love, love the Blues Brothers show, and they put on a slight holiday twist to their show (Snow Man instead of Soul Man...). It is very festive and fun to just be there!
