It should be available to Canadians as well. We did something like this last year. What a deal! We loved the $150 gift card. On our last day there the kids went on a shopping spree at World of Disney in DTD. On top of all that, we got the "kids fly free" promotion that Alaska Airlines offered (by the way, Air Canada was offering the same "kids fly free" promotion, we just liked the flight times better with Alaskan).
