How well does Disney accomodate special dietary needs? How does the "special" food taste?

Found that Disney really tries to work with you. If your need is a special one call the rest or hotel 24 hours in advance. They really are very good about it.

I would call and speak directly to the restaurant. Depending on the diet needs you might get a special meal or stuck with 1 item.
