Happy Late Birthday Joe! They happen to the best of us!!!
We're gearing up for our New Year's Eve party! Lot's of work to do yet... then the cooking!
Have a great day everyone!
Scott... hope those doughnuts came out okay! You'll have to perfect them in time for the August cruise on the Wonder (hint... maybe you can bring some???)
Not for me. One more day off. Then two days of work. Then off again.
Heading home soon from the great not-so-white north.(rain melted all the snow). One more christmas meet this evening at home.
It looks like it might be a nice day here, there is a high wind warning for noon today until 8am tomorrow, but the high is supposed to be 50 degrees, and it is not too windy now. Will try to get out for walk early before wind really picks up again.
Hi Everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! Things have been a bit hectic around here! Took MD to Epcot a few days before Christmas for his first visit with Santa... and traumatized him for life....
Luckily he will probably forget all about this encounter and we can laugh about it in the future. Christmas day was much more fun! As for me... I admitted I was naughty and saved Santa the trip!!
Happy New Years Eve Everyone! Saw a preview of the MK's NYE fireworks at midnight last night. WOW! Will be watching again tonight... no other big plans, watching MD so Erin and Mike can go out with friends. Forgot to mention that Joe says thank you for all the birthday wishes... Now he gets to be older than me for a few months!
Good Evening.
Hope everyone had a fun, but safe New Years eve.
Things were good here.
Today, not so good. Watched 2 football games and 1 hockey game and all three of the teams I was rooting for lost.
Would have been cool to be at Wrigley though.
I know, these days you get up when you used to go to bed.
Hey Kid, I think it is time to call your geese home.

The geese keep that lagoon pictured from freezing over.
Used to skate there when I was a kid.
Hope everyone has a great weekend, whenever it gets here for you.
