I do not use alot of salt in my cooking or on the table......but I have to have it on my watermelon and also on my corn on the cob......other then that I can do without......but WATERMELON is a must

Ditto on kilds party~~ I like working out but when I do drink, I usually need couple of days to recoop!!! As for salt on watermelon, hell yeah, I put salt in watermelon puckers!

DH thinks watermelon without salt is disgusting. With salt he loves it! I eat my melon salt-free, and I don't put salt on the kids' melon even though DH thinks I should!
Oh yes, pepper on cantaloupe..isn't it yummy? To me, salt on watermelon makes it sweeter, but I am not really sure WHAT pepper on cantaloupe does-other than make it yummy!
I've never heard of salt on water melon! I don't use salt on Corn on teh cob either. I rarely use butter on it, especially if it's sweet!
