I believe that the triplets could be the souls of the first 3 who had not finished learning their life lessons and needed to return. I think we all choose our lives and know the outcome when we are born. HOWEVER, I am a little hazy on why the three would return so soon unless they were not supposed to die when they did and had unfintished goals they needed to accomplish with their current family. Each time a soul returns it is to accumulate more life lessons in order to ascend to a higher plain.

I am unfamiliar with this case. Did they use fertility drugs to conceive the triplets? No. That is morbid and an awful burden to put on the triplets. They will forever live knowing what happened, but they should be loved as unique individuals.

No... that begins with a gross misunderstanding of how human procreation works and ends with a confused assumption about how God works... and the three dead children are not angels - angels are created beings, they are not former humans who were "good enough" when they died. Angels have been around since before creation if you believe the Bible and have never been, nor ever will be, human.
