Sparkle Tubes????

I CAN NOT for the life of me figure out how to use sparkle tubes in photoshop 7.0 i have downloaded a couple but have no clue how to use them, even after trying some web tutorials....

anyone have any helpful hints to help me out with this one

OK, I'll bite. What is a sparkle tube?

a sparkle tube allows you to but sparkles on pictures.

like a picture of cinderella, and you apply the sparkle tube to the picture to make cinderella's dress sparkle.

Does anyone have an example of this? I have mastered brushes but not tubes.

maybe this would better explain it. ..

you know how some people on here have their names in the signatures that are sparkling>?>> those are created using sparkle tubes. you can "SOMEHOW?" apply these tubes to pictures to make certain things in the pictures sparkle in GIF format..

Did your PSP come with the animation shop? I have made things animated by using that program in conjunction with PSP (although I am not very good at it).
