Making it tonight, home-made, how often do you have it! I enjoy it. Also how do you reheat what is left over? I have heard of it being fried the next day.

An Italian friend was visiting me last week and she told me to freeze my extra pasta (w/o sauce) and it would be ready for a quick meal. She thaws it out and puts sauce on it and heats it in a pan or the microwave.

OMG reheated spaghetti is better than fresh!!!!!

Put all the left overs in a dish with the spaghetti sauce and fridge it over night.
Then the next day put some in a coffee cup and pour mass amounts of parmasean cheese on it and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Add more cheese. Reheat another 30 seconds (or until hot) Add more cheese. And enjoy:D

I'm 14 and easy to please.:smooth:

When I was a kid my father used to fry leftover spaghetti in the morning and eat it with eggs. Yuck.

We have spaghetti every Friday night at the request of my 4 year old. It's kind of become a tradition in our house.

We use the whole wheat pastas and I mix the meat sauce and pasta (sometimes cheese, too) together and bake it for 25 minutes in the oven before serving. It melds the flavors together, especially when using the whole wheat or lower carb pastas.
