I hope it is true!I will be there December 8-15. However isn't over two months before a scheduled opening a little early for a soft opening?Has an attraction ever had a soft opening that early?Thanks.

The originally-scheduled re-opening was much earlier than December (I forget the original date, but I remember being happy that it would be open for my trip). I don't know what happened to move the date up to February, but it may be that something they thought would take a long time to resolve ended up taking much less time.

I'd have to guess that managing guests expectations goes hand in hand with that. So if there was even a CHANCE that this attraction would be down for Christmas.. they'd be best off to say so way in advance and then surprise everyone when it opens early.

IF it opens early. Which I surely hope it does. Cuz I'll be there soon.

ME TOO. I'll bethere fr the marathon in January too. I'd hate to miss it both times!
