Is the new lounge in Spaceship Earth opening this year for AP or DVC only?

The Epcot DVC lounge is in the same place it always was. Although I am not sure if it has reopened yet after the refurb that has taken far longer…
Either way know that DVC after meeting a Blue card membership new for 2025 has a paid option that offers priority access to the DVC lounges among other things - not discarding the other things as some are good options. Point is if you expect a free lounge that is worth stopping in my best guess is Disney will likely have other ideas.

We aren't DVC nor do we have APs, that's why I was asking!

The DVC lounge is in the Imagination Pavilion.

To the OP: I agree with Foolish Mortal that nothing indicates that there will be limitations on who will be able to visit the new Spaceship Earth lounge which will be located in the former corporate lounge.
