Spa Questions

I have never been to any of the spas at WDW, and am looking to book a massage during my October visit. We'll be staying at BWV, and I know that massages are available there, but really looking for the whole spa "relaxation" experience. Any recommendations for either Mandara Spa at Dolphin or the spas at Saratoga or Grand Floridian? Experiences good or bad at one of these?

Also- DH has always wanted to get a straight razor shave. Does the hair salon at Y&B do this, or else the Main Street Barber Shop? (not sure if this is even still there)

Haven't actually been there, but I hear the spa at SSR is pretty nice!

I visited the Spa at SSR last year and it was wonderful! I am actually curious to see how others reply to this as well.
I have just gotten airline tickets and will be calling DVC tomorrow to book a room....I am thinking I would like to be at the GF for a night (for the Spa) then BWV for the remainder of the visit.....but I am also thinking that if the Spa at the Dolphin is just as good I might just book BWV....I think I am booking massages for both hubby and myself.
As I said SSP was wonderful and I can recommend it highly...bring your bathing suit if you wish to use the whirlpool after....I didn't know enough to bring one but luckily they actually have disposable bathing suits....ugly as sin...blue/white hound's-tooth Tyvek paper like...but I felt so good after my massage and facial I didn't care a bit and put it right on!

I've gotten massages at the Saratoga Springs Spa, and it's always been a wonderful experience. I try to go early to use the whirlpool or the sauna, and the free oranges afterwards are awesome. I highly recommend trying this out!

I went to the SSR Spa a few weeks ago. Heavenly is how I'd describe my experience....

I have had treatments at both the GF and SSR spas and they were both wonderful! I would recommend either of them.

I stayed at Beach Club Villas and tried the Mandara Spa at the Dolphin. It was really beautiful -- a very Zen aesthetic -- and had top-notch facilities and treatments. I highly recommend it.
