Spa & BBB Bookings?

I know that we can book our port excursions a certain number of days before the cruise leaves, but what about spa appointments and BBB (for the pirate night package)? When can those be booked?

I'm not sure about BBB but I know that spa bookings open the same time as shore excursions and adult dining reservations.

Same with BBB. All that stuff is unlocked at the same time.
