Southwest Voucher

I got a $400 voucher from Southwest for giving up my seat and taking a later flight home last year. Does anyone know if Air Tran will accept it? They have
a late flight time out of Milwaukee that would allow me to take one less vacation day from work. It is probably a long shot, but with the merger I thought maybe there's a chance.
