Southwest Projected Release of July Dates

Anyone remember or care to hazard a guess when SW will release some new dates?

I've only flown them once not up to speed on how they usually do things.

Need July 1st...TIA

My TA told me today that new dates should be offered tomorrow around 2p.m. We will wait and see!

The last time that SW opened dates in January was in 2004 and they only opened to June 11 that year, but you never know.

We flew June 30 last summer, and the dates became available on Thursday Feb 23. I was stuck at my Girl Scout cookie delivery all day and had to coach DH through the ticket purchase over the phone! The best rates went FAST.

Waiting to see if my TA was correct about new dates coming out today at 2p.m. Waiting....

I have to pick up my kids at school around that time, so it will by hurrying home to see if any new dates are offered. According to the PP posters thought, June won't be out til possibly in February...

They originally predicted last Thursday and then today. Now they are guessing it is next Thursday. Nobody really knows when they will be released.

I was just checking that out too... they have not yet released them... as of now they go through May10.......................... we are flying on May 14th... sure wish they would get on it! Looks like they will have the cheapest flights for us, but still looking EVERYWHERE!!! And watching and waiting!

I personally think it will be next Thursday (1/18), that would be 112 days out which is more in line with how SW has been releasing the new schedule. Of course I will be checking every day though just in case SW decides to surprise me.

Not only is that driving me crazy........ but this will be the first time to fly with 4 children... their first times as well ( my oldest has been on a plane when she was 14 months, I myself have only flown 3 times...) So they (my 9 & 12 year olds) keep asking me about our flight... I have to keep telling them that we don't have one yet and they just don't understand it!

How is flying Southwest? We thought about flying Frontier just because they have the tv's but after thinking about the $$ we could save on Southwest, I was thinking we could get a dvd player to take if we thought we really needed it... But I guess I'm not to worried about how the kids will be, they are pretty good in the car and I have lots of new toys, stickers and such for the younger ones..... (2 and 4)........ Just waiting to see I guess!

How long are you staying? Us 14-19...

We're flying in on the 14th but not going to WDW until the 15th through the 20th. Right now we're splitting our stay between BCV and SSR.
We love flying SWA! With the age of your children you should all get to preboard. Usually we get a really friendly and funny crew. I like it when the captain tells us what's out our window, and the crew usually jokes around a lot. If you're a little uncomfortable please let the gate agent know that this is your first flight with four children and your first flight in a long time that way they can check on you more often, etc. Good luck...you'll be fine!
