Southwest lowered fares through aug

Thanks for the heads up on the lower rates. My flight in Aug went from $107 each way to $80. I have never gotten a credit from SW before. Can someone tell me where on the SW website I go to get the credit? Thanks!

You should go to travel tools on the website and put in your confirmation number and other info. Then you will be able to find your exact flight and recieve a credit. I have done it and it is not too difficult but I am not sure of the exact procedure once you get to the change flight page. I am sure other experts on this site can give precise directions. Good luck!

I know I did. As soon as I booked, the $78 fare was gone and the cheapest was $98.

ugh! keep checking and houston is not going down. :-( I could save about $60 to drive to new Orleans, but that changes our drive from 3 hours to 6 hours to the airport...ugh! need to make a decision and just do it!

My flights finally went down to where I wanted them. Just minutes ago. I had checked this morning & then decided to check again. Had an email w/ a sale that is good until Thursday. Check your prices. 2 one way tickets Indy to Orlando $155.40 total. Yeah!
Now if the car rental price would just come down about $50 for the week we are there. Back to watching the computer for that.

No price reduction out of Philly. We are going mid-July. I guess I will keep watching.
