How does one go about getting you confirmation # if it has some how run away? Is there any way to check it more than just a few days out with a credit card? Would she have to call?

Our friends thought for certain I would keep all their paperwork. (oops)

How do I go about helping them get on our plane? Thanks!

Go to https://www.southwest.com/flight/lo...?int=GSUBNAV-AIR-RETRIEVE&forceNewSession=yes. You can look it up using your credit card number.

If that doesn't work for you, go to www.southwest.com. Pick the Air tab and go to "View Reservation"
