We will be staying at the poly. Does anyone know how I can ck in/boarding passes for a Southwest flight at the resort? Last year we stayed concierge at the CR, and was easy. Not staying concierge this time. Thanks!:thumbsup2

The Lobby Concierge can do it for you at any Disney resort, as can Guest Relations in the parks :thumbsup2

Remember, you don't have to print your boarding passes when you check-in. You can print them at the airport when you check your luggage. :)

i am acutally flying southwest for the first time in september... could you please give me more info???? thanks so much!!!

I didn't think SW was included in the resort checkin. Fantastic if it is though...so more info would be appreciated!!

Southwest is NOT included in the ME resort-checkin

* Resort Airline Check-In Service at your Disney resort is only available if you are flying domestically (includes Puerto Rico) on the following airlines: AirTran (as of May 2007), Alaska Airlines, American, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, and United (including TED). It is a complimentary (free) service.

There is no harm in asking if you can printout a boarding pass, but I have a feeling they won't be abe to help you... but there is certainly no harm in asking.

Unlike CR club level rooms, theres no computer for you to personally check in and have access to. I have a feeling due to security issues, you will be unable to do this since a CM would have to basically use their computer and physically answer the questions to check you in (does that make sense). As I said though... just ask... no harm in that! I've never tried.

One thing I did notice is that use curb-side check-in at MCO with SW. Saves so much time instead of waiting in the line inside! Even showing up 3 hours before my flight, I was able to get "B" seating. Not too bad at all!

That is correct, you cannot check in for your flight and check your baggage at the resort the day you leave.

However, you CAN ask the Concierge Desk in the lobby of your resort(Guest Services) to check you in at the 24 hour mark, which you need to do for SW in order to get "A" boarding passes. They will be happy to assist you. They probably do this all day for their resort guests. As I said before, you don't have to print them at that time, you can print them at the airport. :)

If you have a Web-enabled Cell Phine you can check-in with that as well. We have done this the past 4 or 5 trips with no problem.

Then just do a reprint at the MCO as the PP suggested.

If they have time all resorts and most Guest Services at the parks will check you in and print your boarding passes for you.

Thanks everyone. Guest Relations at the park would be a great time saver!
