so we are staying at the Phily airport Marriot THIS FRIDAY !!!...flight leaves at 7am...will not have access to a computer to print out boarding passes after midnight and our youngest is 5 so no early board with us....so my question, do your think many people on a flight that early will be up at midnight to print out passes AND how bad will our boarding be if we are as far back as a C pass...will the 4 of us be able to get 3 seats together and the other on the aisle accross?

we are down to worrying about the minute details now!!

Check with the desk at your hotel, they may be able to print them for you.

Just back on my first flights with Southwest - As far as I could tell C's were pretty much all separated - You need to have a B and be one of the firsts in line!!

hOPE IT HELPS!

definitely ask your hotel to help you print one after 12:01 am. Philly flight loads are running at max capacity especially to MCO and if you get a C you WILL be split up. If the hotel wont help, than make sure you check-in at the ticket counter as early as possible. Check at the counter even if you dont check luggage. They will issue your boarding card there. Good luck.

OH MAN !!! that is what I was afraid of...I never thought of asking the front desk to help...has anyone done that before? Is it a complicated process to do the midnight thing or do you just enter your ressie numbers and print...it is something they could do for me?

Also is this something Disney wolud do also for our return trip?

I took that flight in August. I got to the airport early (I live fairly close by) and was there by 5:15 a.m. I was unable to print out my boarding pass ahead of time because my printer died on me. :guilty: I did tell the agent I had checked in and did not have my pass. However, at that time there was only 1 family ahead of me and I easily got an "A" pass. Get there early.....it will really increase your chances. And I would try to print it at the hotel if possible to give you added reassurance.

we were on a 7:20am flight (out of Orlando) this past Saturday. We checked our bags at 6:00am and had "B" boarding passes...that wasn't a problem for us, since we have a 3-year-old, but the flight was full and there was a family in the C boarding group that did not get to sit together--teh flight attendants begged for people to move so they could, because they had little kids (I guess they got to the airport too late to pre-board, didn't know they could, or whatever). I was surprised at how busy the airport was at that early hour.

The process is very easy. You simply go to soutwest.com and click on TRAVEL CENTER. Go to print boarding pass. It will ask for your confirmation number and name. A couple more clicks and your done. It should take all of 2 minutes. Most all hotels will help you do this. Dont sweat it! Disney will help if you are staying at one of their resorts.
