Southwest/AirTran check in question.

We need to do our 24hr check in tomorrow morning. Bought tickets on SWA website but operated by AT. Can someone please let me know which website I need to check in on? Also do we check in at the airport at AT? This is stressing me out. I really didn't realize the headaches of all of this until after I got the tickets. I really wish I would have done the later flight that was a SWA flight.

Since you bought your tickets on the SWA website, you will check in via SWA. At the airport, you will check any bags at AirTran and depart from an AirTran gate. We just did this last month. It was easy peasy !
