I am planning to print my boarding pass for our trip on Thursday. My question is for the return flight. How do you print your boarding pass? Do you ask someone at the front dest to do it for you? Thanks!

When I flew with them to Reno recently, I went to the hotel business center and gave them my confirmation number and the printed them out for me. I would call the hotel that you are staying at and ask them if they would be able to do it for you. BTW, it is only available at exactly 24 hours in advance of your flight time.

No need to "print" it, do the online check-in and let it display your boarding pass. when you get to the airport go to the kiosk, you can type in your confirmation code and "reprint" the boarding pass. You'll notice on SW boarding passes there's a number for the order in which you checked in, the reprint will have an R next to it.

the last time we were there, we went to the lobby desk at midnight and did it from there..wanted to make sure we all had seats together, thats the only complaint i have about southwest...

Yes, I want to be able to do it at the 24 hour mark, not at the airport. Thanks guys!

My sister used SWA in Sept. The front desk at the lobby at POP checked her in on line at midnight the night before she left. Now you are allowed to check in 24 hours ahead of time. Should make it much more convenient!! :wizard:

as the previous poster said you can go to any front desk of the disney resort hotels and they will GLADLY print them out

We flew Southwest for the first time in September, we found out that they allow families with children under either 5 or 6 (I can't remember the exact number) to board first (they call it preboard). We didn't have any trouble finding seats together and had enough time to get the kids settled before the crowds started boarding. We were really impressed with Southwest.

We've been told recently that it's "children UNDER 5", which distresses me to know end since DS is now 5. At least I don't need to stay up until midnight, though.

We flew Southwest 2 weeks ago and the pre-boarding was for "families with children age 4 and under".
