We just got back a few days ago from our honeymoon at WDW. We used Southern Elegance Limousine and they were great. They were right on time picking us up at MCO and we took advantage of going to the store to get some items. They go to Albertsons and we used the fax ahead order service. I was in and out of Albertsons in less than 5 minutes. The day we left WDW we had to be picked up at 5:00 A.M. for an early flight and they were again on time. I will be using them again the next time we go back to WDW.

I'm glad you both had good experiences. We are getting the mini-bus and the driver will be Michael.

I was wondering how the fax ahead option at Alberstons works. Did you go online & see what kind of brands they have? Also, when did you actually fax your list to them - how far in advance?

And then did you just go to the customer service counter?

How the fax option works is once you make your reservation, they asked me if I would to the stop at the store. When I told them I would they emailed the details on how to use the fax service. Just a word of caution is I looked for items on albertsons website and placed it on my fax order, but they do not have everything that you see on the website. All I wanted was a case of Arrowhead water and they do not sell Arrowhead. I called the store the day I was to arrive and they could not find my order, probably because it got thrown out since they did not carry the item. They were very helpful and took my order over the phone and it was ready when I arrived.

I did limo service, heck it was our honeymoon. We paid $180 roundtrip. That does not include tip. Our driver was George and he was great.
