Southern Califrornia ticket question

I live in technically southern california (according to disney) and saw they have 2 day park hopper tickets for $91 for socal residents! i see these for sale at the grocery store and such. I live in so cal, but my license says where im from originally, northern california. what are the rules on using and buying these tickets. and can i buy one for my dgf as well?

You could always update your license to show your current address.

Pretty sure you have to be able to show your drivers license upon initial entry or purchase. You can buy up to 8 tickets for every ID though, so you should be able to buy for your dgf. One other option - you could call guest relations and see if you could bring a utility bill with your name and SoCal address in conjunction with your ID (this is what is required for public schools, so might work here). I too have recently moved back to SoCal, and haven't switched over my DL yet. Will prolly do that in the next month or so though...

I originally bought a socal season pass and showed my rental lease as proof with my ID.
