I did that today, but I'm still hungry. Had the snacks allowed. Had almonds mid-afternoon and the celery with Laughing Cow light cheese this morning. My body is telling me -- send carbs -- lol - hoping I can get through the rest of today.....but.....I'm done with dinner.....but.....

It would really help and I lost the cravings sooner.



DH keeps tellling me how good I look. I have lost a total of 9 pounds on South Beach, but I have lost 6 inches around my waist and 9 inches around my hips!
