Unable to retrieve reservation

So just now I was able to get my reservation to load but the only thing showing is our Palo Brunch reservation. No excursions. I guess that’s at least a small amount of progress.
 
I am so sorry you are going through this. It’s clearly a widespread issue. This is our first Disney cruise and it’s leaving a bad taste in my mouth. My travel agent has agreed to help us cancel things we don’t want and likely we will have to do check in at the port. It’s such a mess and takes away from what should be an exciting time looking forward to the sailing.
I am Platinum and honestly the fact they won't fix their own mistakes has really soured me to the line.

In the past we have been able to at least link Palo reservations that were at two times across the rooms, like 10 and 10:30 together, but the fact they flat out booked one on a different day has me worried sick they won't be able to combine the party into one reservation on board. It is also annoying now I'll need to wait in line to deal with this instead of starting to have fun right away on the ship.

I will never take it out on cast and crew. I am an ex cast member and know they can only do so much, but Disney NEEDS to have things on their back end to be able to fix their own mistakes like this one. At my current company I am given carte blanche to extend and ignore deadlines and hard cut offs if the mistake happened on our end instead of on the client's end
 
My TA was saying that since we are using Disney transportation that the boarding group won’t be affected by me now being able to check in. He said anything else can be done at the port with no ill effects. Is that the case?
Port Arrival Time is not impacted because you are using Disney Transportation, but your boarding group is -- although I don't have personal experience, it is just my understanding.
 
Finally got through to the web resolution team over the phone just now; my CM at least seemed to acknowledge it's a known and widespread issue. We sail on Monday so we were able to check-in without issue last month. She spoke with a supervisor and they're putting in a ticket for me, but basically the only advice at this point is "keep trying."

Wanted to pop in here and say she DID tell me they've been assured the app works fine once onboard and on the ship's WiFi 🤷‍♀️

Thanks so much for that update. Yes I got the keep trying speech as well last week when I called. That’s good to know that it will work fine once onboard.
 
Right now everything is resolved for me minus being unable to cancel a single mis-booked activity by the reservation line. Fingers crossed it all starts working out
