I see lots of posts asking for ideas or ways to keep Sorceror of the Magic Kingdom cards together and organized. Since we are taking DS in January for his 8th, this is a challenge I realized I would be facing. My DNephew is 22 and plays Magic the Gathering so I asked him if he had any old card boxes.
I took one of his cardboard boxes, turned it into a template and made a card box for DS, using Disney Scrapbooking paper. If I had had cardstock big enough, I would have used that instead. I think, for a first try, that it looks pretty useable.
This was my template (not to scale....it looks a lot larger on my screen than the box in my hand)
And this was my finished box. It only has one glued seam.
