Sorry Gaston, They are MUCH More Interesting Than You!*6/8* NEW Trip Report Link p154

I really wish I could do individual replies right now, but I have church this morning and then we are going to Salisbury, Md. Brian moved back to Salisbury on Tuesday. I know I haven't talked much about Brian in the last couple months. But I am very proud of him for staying enrolled while living at home last semester. He commuted down there once a week for a night class (180 mile round trip) and took additional courses through a local community college while continuing to work 3 days a week.

He just moved back for winter session and is enrolled full time for spring. Fingers crossed he can handle it. He is not in a dorm but living off campus. We need to bring him a few things.

So my day is basically shot but I want to say.....

Thank you to each and every one of you who took the time to watch Tracy's video. And your comments were so heartwarming, especially since there are times when I think I should give up music all together. Your positive comments really made me feel like playing and writing music is important and something I should continue to do. But most importantly, I feel like we a tight virtual group here on the DIS and its so sad to lose one of our own, especially someone who had so much life - like Tracy. Thank you again for honoring her!

Mary Ellen... Your tribute to Tracy really was just lovely...

You are very talented...:goodvibes

Cynthia, loved your Dumbo story... nice to be able to carry on the godmother tradition...:goodvibes

I so need to go to Disney in October... I am loving your photos of the Halloween Decorations...:cloud9:

That was such a beautiful tribute to Tracy. I held it together until the second song. Thank you for sharing.

Sounds like Brian is doing very well.

Why would you think about giving up music? If it gives you joy, and it clearly does, and it gives others joy, which it clearly does, you should keep doing it!!!
It was an awesome video!

So that's the end of that, missy!

I will repeat what I stated on FB, you did a wonderful tribute to Tracey. What a good friend you are.

Anyone that can write, play along with their singing should not quit. You certainly do have talent!:flower3:

Love the pix !!

Rosie - Are you going to let him talk to you that way? :rotfl:

Mary Ellen that is the most touching and beautiful tribute I have ever seen !!Words can't express the pure beauty of it !!Thank you :)

Thank you so much Rosie! It was my pleasure to do that for Tracy and I really, really appreciate your compliment! :)

Beautiful pic ladies :)

Thank you and stay tuned for many more pictures. It is taking me FOREVER to edit my MNSSHP pictures. I feel like I have been at it for days. :rolleyes1

great video. Sorry for the loss of your friend.

Thank you so much! Tracy spent a lot of time on the TR boards before she got sick. She was so enjoyable and I always smiled whenever she posted!

MK What a beautiful and touching tribute to your friend with your music video. Well done! It definitely captures the joy and laughter of moments that you shared.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your compliment and I'm so glad the

Also now caught up on the TR....what fun times at MK!

MK was so cool! We had several really fun visits during this trip.

Cynthia: lovely Dumbo remembrances!

I love that story. Its so cool the memories we have from childhood and how some of them really stick!

Mary Ellen, that was beautiful. What a great tribute.

That you so much Marissa! I really appreciate you taking them time to listen! It really means a lot!

WOW MaryEllen,

That tribute was beautiful. You are one amazing and talented lady.

I couldn't believe how fitting the second song was and then realized you wrote it. Amazing.

Thank you so much Pat! I've always been interested in music, but I really started getting more into it about 10 years ago. I don't write a lot of music, but certain events will just inspire me to write something.

Love all the pictures and the PP pic too.

Need to get mine on the computer.

I'm glad I'm not the only slacker. :rotfl: I'm not sure if you are planning to do a TR for this trip, but if you are not please feel free to post pictures or comment here. :thumbsup2

Well the good news is I uploaded all of ours, which is mine, ours and yours lol! So if you forget, I'll post unless they are of just you as those are your call to share or not lol.

I just uploade mine this morning and I actually walked away from my computer, so I never closed out of photobucket. oops!

I have the ones that go with the next update already uploaded so can post those in my update if you want. :thumbsup2

I'll try to post just mine and the "couples" shots and then you can post yours.

If we do F&G in 2014, it might have to be F&W in 2015 but oh, that sounds SO far away!

Yes - it really, really does.

What a beautiful tribute to Tracy!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment! :)

Mary Ellen, you did an amazing job on the tribute to Tracy. :cloud9:

Thanks so much for taking the time to listen! I really appreciate it and I was happy to do them in Tracy's remembrance.

Mary Ellen... Your tribute to Tracy really was just lovely...

You are very talented...:goodvibes

Thanks so much for watching and for the very positive comments. I really appreciate it!

I so need to go to Disney in October... I am loving your photos of the Halloween Decorations...:cloud9:

You really do - maybe a F&W couples trip. Just sayin! :rolleyes1

Good luck to Brian...I'm sure he'll do great. Safe travels.

Thanks Kathy! I am crossing my fingers tightly. The house he is in is no bigger than a postage stamp. Three of them and a dog. The area is not horrible - its just down the street from a new elementary school. It's not within walking distance of the school, but its a short drive. And the bathroom is clean - so far. :rotfl2:

Beautiful tribute to your friend... You are amazing!

Thank you so much and thank you for taking the time to watch. I am happy that the video came together as well as it did.
:thumbsup2

That was such a beautiful tribute to Tracy. I held it together until the second song. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for listening Pam. I actually had a little bit of trouble keeping it together while I was writing that song. But its just all sort of came to me once I decided I had to do a video with her pictures. Thanks for watching. :)

Sounds like Brian is doing very well.

Brian has definitely demonstrated a lot more maturity in the last year and I definitely think he is on the right track. I hope he can keep up with the studies while be back with distractions.

I know I started reading this but where my subscription went, who knows!:confused3

Love reading your girls trips. It is so great the fun you both have together.

Love your pictures from WL. Tom and I were just talking last night about how much we miss staying there. It was our home when we went prior to owing DVC. Just love the look and feel of that resort.

I met Pat a few years ago in her hometown. She is such a nice person and very easy to get to know. Glad you had a good time meeting her.

Love your pictures of the MK at fall. It is so pretty.

Glad you liked Storybook Circus. We saw it in April and then again in November. My family loved the bakery in the Storybook circus. They have a chocolate covered pineapple there that is delicious!

I forgot to add this. I know I posted on FB but what a moving tribute to your friend, Mary Ellen. You had me in tears. Tracy seemed like a remarkable lady. So sorry for your loss.

I just realized that I missed your link to the tribute video (I was feeling lost there for a bit!) It's absolutely beautiful, very moving. A wonderful way to remember a friend.

great job on the tribute, and awesome job on writing and singing the song. very well done.:)

Mary Ellen - Catching up & joining in.

Your tribute and voice are beautiful. Sorry for the loss of your friend Tracy.

It was an awesome video!

So that's the end of that, missy!

I really appreciate your positive comments about the video.

:rotfl: I had a situation here at home that really made me question my abilities. I really started to doubt myself. I could never have been a performer, that's for sure. You need so much self confidence that I don't have.

I will repeat what I stated on FB, you did a wonderful tribute to Tracey. What a good friend you are.

Thank you Doris! I really appreciate your positive feedback. See what I wrote above to Sheree and that explains it a little bit.

As everyone has already said... the tribute was amazing! :goodvibes

Thanks so much! and thank you for watching....it was my pleasure to do that for Tracy.

That was a very touching tribute to Tracy.

Thank you and thanks so much for watching!
