El Siboney restaurant in Key West has the best Cubans anywhere . My moms side of the family is of Cuban descent, so I am a bit of a Cuban sandwich connoisseur . The Cuban sandwiches I have had at WDW are average at best....

I agree! We ate there last summer. But they sell out early in the day, so go early.
