I know he is in MGM but where exactly and is there certain times?

Sorcerer Mickey is in the Fantasmic show, usually at 7pm through Jan and Feb.

If you want the Sorcerer Mickey meet and greet, it is in the building adjacent to Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. The building has a name I think, but I can't remember it. Check the times guide for times. Basically, he is there throughout the day with small breaks in between sets.

Yes, he's on Mickey Avenue right between Who Wants to Be A Millionare and the Backlot Tour. His meet-and-greet area is inside Soundstage 1. There will be a marque over theentrance to the Soundstage that should say something to the effect of "Meet Mickey Mouse!" and when he will be there. For reference, his current hours listed at http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/ are daily 10:00am to 5:45pm. Hope that helps.
