I hope you made it through the weekend. I know those kind's of weekends or day's are bad. I keep Kashi - Go lean on hand when I get hungry like that. It's 1.5 points per 3/4 cup. It has 10 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein. It realy fills me up. This weekend I even took a baggie with me to the mall and to Church. It really helped. I think it was "one of those hungry weekends". I was overly hungry too. I had a tough time in the afternoon, probably because I was home cooking. I seemed to keep putting things in my mouth.
I wouldn't worry about using all your points or your AP points. That is what they are there for. If you need them, use them. I actually eat at the high end of my points more often than not.
Keep up the great work, at least you didn't give into it and totally splurge. It sounds like you kept it within your points!
