Can you believe this weeks episode?!?! I think it's safe to say that Clay is my least favorite character of the entire series now. I can't believe he went through with the hit on Tara and the proceeded to beat Gemma when she called him out on it.

This week's episode is 90 minutes, and they have extended the season by adding an extra episode. I believe this is the highest rated season so far.

I replayed that over and over. She said "the hand of A son".

Been a FAN of SOA since the first episode.

And another Clay hater. Damn him for all his lying/manipulating this season!
It's gotten out of control!
The only way out is to get him out of the helm, kill the cartel, and stop the IRA meeting! But, we know that's not going to happen as there has to be a cliff hanger for next season.

I could see it being both Jax and Opie. Opie for the reasons you stated and Jax for Clay actually killing JT. While Jemma had a part in the planning of doing JT in - to what extent we still don't know - JT died at the hand of Clay.

Clay needs to be brought down to his knees in front of the club for his dirty deeds. Jemma has realized he does NOT care to protect "the family". He can not be trusted in his position of top dog. Doing this to Clay is far worse than death.
Then, take a hand for Tara's hand. Sure Opie and Jax won't have a problem with that!

Part of loving this show is hating Clay. I cannot imagine it without Clay unless Perlman wants to leave the show. Or the show is ending.

I doubt they are ending the show. FX ordered another episode for this season as well as signing on for the next season. I do agree that hating Clay is part of the show, but I think they could still have a great show without him. I feel like if they kill him off there will be several Clay flashbacks over the next season.

I had also read they they signed on for another season. With the way this season's storyline is going, I wonder where they can go next? I can't see killing Clay off before the series ends, unless maybe he goes into hiding/exile of some sort and Jax takes over the club?

Holy moly! Last nights episode by far was one of their best. This whole season is blowing me away. Does anyone know how many episodes are left for this season? I don't want it to end!

I agree. On the trailer for next week's episode, they showed a body being dragged out. I think Clay is going to kill Unser, set up someone else and use it for leverage with the club.

There are so many possibilities for what's going to happen next week. Last night was another great episode, except for Tara smashing her hand. I thought that was a little overdone.

As much as I hate Clay, I don't want him gone.
