If your reservation online reflects the same room number, I'd say the upgrade hasn't come through yet.

I'm not sure, but I would think that, if someone changed their room onboard, it would show immediately. Does your son have access to your reservation? Is he cruising also?

I just got clarification from him. As he says he upgraded the room with gifts. Guess I stopped listening after I heard room upgraded...LOL
