Something for the Boys during a tea party?

I would like to take my DD7 to the Garden View Tea Party with Nana. Does anyone have any thoughts for something special for my DH, and DS4 and DS9 to do while we are there?

What about the pirate cruise for your boys (not sure about the 4yr old) or make your child into a pirate in Magic Kingdom. Sorry I dont remember the official name. Other ideas,..they could get their faces painted and get a special treat? When I took my DD to the Princess Tea, DH took our boys to get pirate loot, bought a souvenier and went our their favorite rides.

Maybe they can run around a park? Swim? Go to the arcade? Minigolf? Hit up a movie at DTD?

Or DisneyQuest?

I could leave my boys and DH in Innoventions all day and they'd never notice. They could spend hours at the Arcade and those remote control boats in the MK. You could send them to dinner at your least favorite restaurant that they love.

My two older boys did the pirate cruise our last trip (they were 9 & 12 at the time). They were disappointed and I think it was because none of the kids were their age. I forget what the minimum age is for that cruise, maybe 5 but most of the kids were that age...VERY young. My oldest said the kids were whiney and talked over the CM's trying to run the cruise (and there were quite a few tantraums...and one little boy who kept hitting everyone) which made it hard to take part in the fun they were trying to have. Your kids are 4 & 9 so they may enjoy it. There is also fishing at the POR. You can rent rods there or bring your own. He could take the boys to Typhoon Lagoon...see the sharks, go on the slides and maybe you could meet them there after tea. Or lunch @ RFC then head over to the Lego store or Team Mickey Athletic Club where they can see the baseball bats being made and even purchase a custom engraved one. Or skip the lunch and head over to Ghirardelli's for ice cream then hit a few of the shops. Whatever you decide I'm sure the boys will love it. Enjoy!
