Something different when calling DD today...

Called this AM and had to answer (by punching in numbers), several questions before getting to Disney Dining... (How many trips? etc.) I thought this was rather strange. Anyone get the 20 questions too????

Also, asked about the bluezoo... (Was promised Sunday to be able to book a PS.) This CM didn't have a CLUE what I was talking about! She put me on hold to ask around. She said the new PS policy was for the Fresh Market and not the bluezoo. Strange to say the least!

Just goes to show, that you get different info from different CMs!

Oh well. I suppose I can keep calling before out Jan. trip!

I got the same thing then along wait on the reservation # when I called to add a day

I just called and got the same thing -- Jeesh!
The first one was something about if you are calling from the Orlando area and are calling for PS within the next 7 days, press one...
Another one was If you have been to WDW at least four times, and once since 1998, press (whatever)...
I'm glad I just had a question. If I was calling for Cindy's or something and all that hit me in the am, I'd be all messed up!

Yep... it sucks!!! Glad I got most of my PS done before that!!!

yep, i got it yesterday when i called. may have to start using my cell phone since i have no long distance charges on my plan.
