our cookie swap at work is in two weeks. i made two new recipes and neither is quite what i want to pass out.

mac - got my info and wrote it down in case the computer crashes. (we have had bad luck lately with technology) Looking forward to shopping for my new friend.

marci - great pics. If we ever get a new desktop hooked backed up to our scanner, you need to tell me how to post the pics. I tried with my trip report through photobucket and only got thumbnail size. I tried to read the FAQ help, but its was too hard to understand.

Well, another day at home. Son is having stomach problems. I have been fighting a cold/infection for about 4 weeks. After 2-3 days, I feel better and then about 5 days later, I feel bad again. So, anyhoo, I finally went to the doctor to get some prescriptions. Hopefully, this will clear this up, and I will be in good shape for Christmas.

Bad News - Since son and I are both not up to par, neither of us are going to get to attend the final WVU game (playing pitt) on Saturday. Who in their right mind schedules a football game at night in December in the northeast????? Yeah - it should be about 30 degrees at kickoff. Oh well, it will be nice and warm in our living room, and no line for the bathroom!!!

lori - Morning!!! How is everything going for you today?? I had to LOL about 2 kids bdays around Christmas....my brother is 12/5

Pup is back to normal, she is now off the benadryl. Court has allergy skin testing tomorrow afternoon Doc wants to see if any of her allergies have gotten better or worse. We bought the 42 inch tv this weekend - Merry Christmas/Happy Anniversary present.....its really nice - watching the game Sunday night was WAY cool!!! Anyone participate in Cyber Monday?? I didn't, we are just about done with the kids shopping. My Mom does all the running (she LOVES it) and we divvy up the goods and give her the $$. My brother and SIL have 2 embryos implanted. They go for the pg test on the 6th Hoping that "Bert and Ernie" stick and grow into true twins

Have to do some reading with Frank, will be around later.

I sure hope you are feeling better. MIL went through the same thing. Seems to be doing MUCH better now.Ousr HS team is in the final round of their playoffs Friday night. If they win, they will go to the State finals in Hershey next weekend But I have to agree about Friday night games.....Saturday afternoons at least you have the sun to warm you up a little bit

Hope you guys bounce back quik! Dontcha know there is NO time to be sick at the holidays? (I was in denial a few years ago...nasty sinus infection...ruined the holidays!)

Thanks...I try I wanted to go to Target in Exton yesterday, but ran out of time....why do they have swim suits out already??? Cuz they know Janet is going on her cruise next week??? But, they must not realize how far away she lives!

I went through these tests in my youth also. I still have allergies and take shots - have since I was about 5. The allergies have improved over the years but they are still bad enough to take shots. The last time I got tested, they were able to do a blood test, instead of the skin pricks. Has your doctor offered this?

Thanks to all for the good wishes for our sickness. I have taken advantage of my day from the office and cleaned - absolutely nothing. I have caught up on my beauty sleep though!
