Didn't find Matthew's boot
Matthew said he didn't have time to check the school lost and found today, so I went by myself when the kids came home from school. I left them home by themselves for 20 min. I searched the lost and found bin and this other bin people donate clothes in. I also went back to his homeroom classroom and checked again there. Nothing
I would think whoever took it yest would bring it back today or at least the kid's parents would at least notice their child brought home a boot that's not theirs, that has someone else's initials on the inside tag of the boot
I can understand gloves, scarves being missing, but a snow boot? Sorry for my rant.

Yep, that one was from grandma!). Got a lime green Vail jacket and a pink Vail hat as well. Now if I wear them people can ask if I went to Vail and I can say "No, but my husband did!"

what a shock that was, i do remember the uproar in baltimore mid-80's when that happened...akin to a tenant skipping out on the rent
...now to work it into conversation 'smart-like' tomorrow
