Something About Nothing..........#6

Thanks to everyone for their opinions on the dress! We went back today and I didn't purchase either one, I actually found another one that was a really nice dress. And as the other two are so different, so is this one, but it falls in between, it's not as grecian and simple as the first but not as glitzy and princess as the second! The problem is that it is discontinued and I would have to take the one they have there ($275 though) but it's a size 20 :scared1: The alterations would cost a fortune on that dress, so I still do not have a wedding dress yet. No biggie, I have time. We would like to have the wedding in either September or October! Thanks again for all of your help, homies!!

Enjoy the last few hours of the weekend!

sending you loads of mummy dust for that interview tomorrow homie!

Oh, forgot to tell you all about the beautiful wedding we saw at the PBH last week. My DD15 and I went over to the party while they were taking pics... DH and DS thought we were stalkerish, but what woman can resist looking at a bride's dress??
Bellisimo...
long as u don't eat the grub;)

my 1st wedding reception, think huge combined Slovak-Italian wedding; when looking @ the pics we noticed several peeps nobody seemed to know...figured they sorta segued on over from the bar area (in a fire dept social hall):lmao:

$139 is dirt cheap from PIT to Ft Myers (although i don't know how long of a drive it'd be to MCO? know it's almost 1 1/2 from TPA airport depending on traffic...wonder if it was SW or AT. We quit using AT as they were chaning flight times up to the day prior to travel (found out when we checked in online:rolleyes1 , no email notice or anything:confused3 and i had just checked the day before...then they changed return flight on way back

ps u made most excellent time driving home, it's anywhere from 20 to 22 hrs for us...we're about 1-1/2 to 2 hrs from wheeling depending on traffic thru PIT

kfed you'll look lovely no matter what dress u pick...when with DIL to view her dress i watched a girl fall off the raised pedestal they had them stand on...she got tripped up in the long train:eek: . Just wondering, with all the disney-fication of weddings they offer now...will the 1st dress w/hidden mickey's be far behind? i think it'd sell, big time; tastefully executed of course:snooty:

football, football:woohoo: ; it's been a great weekend for the tube!

Well Andy sounds like the north invaded Texas!!:lmao:Just kidding man..It happens all the time here in FLA!!

We went too the strawberry fest in LakeCity and the man that was frying strawberry"(yes they do this)sounded like someone from Mars:lmao:

Tell me, what exactly do Martians sound like? I've always wondered....

Afternoon! I went to Epcot for a while today since the weather was beautiful and I have to go back to work tomorrow.

It was just too nice of a day to sit inside on the computer. I thought about going to Universal too but decided I'll go next weekend...once the crowds leave. :thumbsup2

Yeah! Maybe we can meet up? We have tickets for Blue Man Group on Saturday, but the sitter service hasn't returned my calls. Getting worried....

Like you said, you have plenty of time to find the perfect dress, and you just started looking. Maybe another store has the same dress or something similar in a smaller size?

Guess what everyone....

Absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love wedding dresses.... :flower3:

I need to get back to packing and prepping.
Clothes: mostly done
Shoes: halfway done
Toiletries: all done!
Kids' misc.: barely started
Driving activities: so not done....
Electronics: halfway done
Dog care: barely started. They are bathed, their bedding is washed, now I need to pack their food and supplements for the awesome kennel they're staying at. Our petsitter opened it this summer. The "rooms" are brightly colored, mave toddler mattresses for the dogs to lay on, and lots of toys. They also get playtime together in a big fenced yard. Hope they like it!

Off to find the Spiderman and Sponge Bob cups now. And bag the dog food. And pack toys.

Tomorrow will be very busy. Library to return books, getting brakes checked, grocery store, and physical therapy. With all the other stuff in a day. I say Chinese take out for dinner!

:goodvibes Good morning homies :goodvibes

WOW! I havent been on here in almost 3 months. That means I have a lot of catching up to do:cool1:
