Hey everyone!

We are at the weekend! So I'm finally taking steps towards my wedding and going dress shopping tomorrow.

Guess I have to go and buy some Vaseline!

I'm guessing you need the vaseline to fit into the dress??

Have fun dress shopping today, I'm sure you'll fit into a nice dress


I had my wedding dress made, since I was and still am pooh size. My mom and I bought the dress material and my dad knew of a dressmaker to make the dress, how I wanted it to look. I had the poofy sleeves back then, in the early '90s. It didn't cost me that much money, probably b/c my dad had connections with the dressmaker.

Hi to all-
My DH had subscribed to a small upgrade in our cable. We have the digital starter pckg. Only a few more channels than what we already have. Only $2 more a month than what we are paying now. We are pretty much behind the Jonese,as of electronics,etc. but I'm fine with that.
Had fun with those music channels, going up and down the channels listening to the different music Chrissy has been watching On Demand Nick jr stuff- she's still into those Nick jr shows for some bizarre reason

We took the kids to Chuck E Cheese the other day, we had some giftcards from last yr we never used. Announcement- proud to say that Chrissy is no longer afraid of the big Chuck E! Yea!!
She hated that mouse for a long time, scared her to death. I guess she outgrew her fear of him! THe only mouse she wasn't scared of was Mickey!


wwessing- glad to see you here! Congrats on going to be grandparents again!

We leave on Wednesday morning and drive for ten hours or so.
We play for five days and drive home on Tuesday the 13th.

I have answers to ALL questions. They may not be the correct answers, but they are indeed answers.

Holidays went good for us Mac and family is doing good

I didn't wake up Thursday until 5 PM or so, well, I didn't get to bed until 6AM Thursday morning. I had to work at my Post Office gig Friday, and go to the dentist (more on that later). My gig went great, the New Riders were awesome, I'll try to get some pix up in a few days, have to go, have another sound gig tonight!

Morning all..My DD18 friend is getting married today,so there goes my Saturday!!Oh well free food..
But what if they have a cash bar,How dare they!!

Question how long does a cathlic wedding take??

Congrats on DD18's friend getting married!

You are probably already at the wedding, but a catholic wedding ceremony usually last between 45 min to an hour, depending if they do the extras- Ava Maria( honoring the Virgin Mary). Can't remember what that's called. Also if they do communion during the ceremony, the ceremony could last an hour or more.


All this wedding talk, kinda fun!


Talking about weddings, got my "save the date" card in the mail recently, for my cousin's wedding in July.

Just got back from Universal just now we started the year off right by buying annual passes today then headed off to Orlando.It was very crowded tonight but we have all year now to beat the crowds.Everyone have a great New Year

Minniejack we ended up cancelling our trip. My oldest daughter & granddaughter weren't going to be able to go over the holiday so we postponed our trip until this summer. We are now in a holding pattern waiting for her to decide what week in July we are going.

I hope you had a fabulous trip. I can't wait to hear all about it.

Well, at least you can now save some money on the trip and take advantage of the supersaver rates that are out there. I just looked at club for PBH for June 7-12 and it was only $1308--not too shabby.

Well I'm back from the wedding and Ya'll are right very long.Close to a hour and a half..We felt like fish out of water,everyone was dipping there fingers in water and kneeling and doing the cross with ther wet fingers.Catholic thing I presome.We were raised southern Baptist(Pentacostal)..

But A beutiful ceromony nontheless!!

The reception was a blast..

Here is the story-Nathen is in the Air Force and Megan had his child when he was deployed to Iraq.He only been back 1month till furlow too get married!!What a great couple they love each other so much and its easy too see when they are toghther..

But the sad part is she will be moving too Missiori with him now and We wont get to see the baby for awhile

I just pray young love like this will last..Which I think it will!!

Hello all well I am having a hard time with my computer so I can't get my photo's to upload yet. I wanted to post my ornaments photo's and I wanted to post a picture of us at the tree in NYC.

I had another busy day . We were going to take the tree down but we had to do science project and a Drug poster. AHHH it was so much tourture .


Donald duck .. Glad you had fun at your friends wedding . I have to say I was a young Bride and a young mother . I was only 21 but we are now married 17 years going on 18 and we are very happy together . It was a lot of work but I am sure they will make it through.

Well Bonny I hope you get some warm weather soon . I am looking forward to the spring myself I hate the cold . I give you guys lots of credit in Canada TOOO cold for me . Did you watch any good movies ? We watched Wall-E again

Kfish ... So any luck with the Dresses ? I have to say my sister tried on her dress day one and just knew . It took her THREE MONTHS of looking at other dresses to know that but still it was the first dress she tried on. Good Luck One word of advice though DON"T get a really long train my sister had one and it was a PIA ... ( pain in the Well you know )

Everyone else have a great night going to bed now the kids need to get to bed at least now because school starts on Monday . I am pretty sure there will be work on Monday too . I am guessing that not everyone is ready to go back to work yet . i know I am not ready to go back. The tree and lights all need to go back away and I really need some home time ALONE .
