someone mentioned that they received their "vacation package and ..."

this poster is leaving 2 days after I am but has mentioned that they received a vacation package including their tickets apparently through the mail-using the same stay and play deal as I am??

I haven't gotten one- should I call- how common is it to be missed??

Daydreamer, I would definitely call. Your packet is supposed to be mailed 21 days before you arrive. So I would call the 1 800 BE A STAR number to ask, if and when it was mailed. I've always done the vacation package, and have never been missed, but I wouldn't wait any longer, I would check on it.
