Or point me to a website that explains connections. Their website has no information. I'd like to know exactly how it works, prices, where things are good at - they don't mention disney on their site. So if anyone could help me I'd be very grateful!

Connections is a discount service that you pay an annual fee to use. The web site is Connections123.com. The current fee is $79.95. Connections was recently converted to one of the services provided by Deal Pass (dealpass.com - which also includes Simple Escapes that includes many of the same benefits, and more, and costs more). Unfortunately, the web sites don't give you a lot of detail on the benefits.

This is how it works...............

Merchandise gift cards. These can be ordered for a variety of locations including ToysRUs, KidsRUs, K-B Toys, and various book and record stores, among others. You order gift cards, charge them to your credit card, and get a 20% rebate at the end of the month. For each $25 gift card you charge, you get a $5 credit. You use the gift cards like cash at the store.

Restaurant gift cards. These work the same as the merchandise gift cards, except you buy them in $10 increments and get a $2 credit. These can be purchased for Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Had Rock, Planet Hollywood, Steak & Ale, ChuckECheese, Bennigans, Bahama Breeze and Smokey Bones BBQ.

Attraction Tickets. You can oder discount admission tickets for Disney, Sea World, Busch Gardens, and Universal. The Disney park hopper prices they offer are about $30 less than Disney advance purchase per adult, and $20 less per child. You order and pay for these tickets and they are delivered to your home.

Dining Vouchers. You can order dining vouchers for WDW. Quick & Casual vouchers ($11.25 each) are good for an entree, side item, drink and dessert at counter service locations. Vacation Kingdom Lunch vouchers ($30.50/$12.75) are good for an appetizer, entree and dessert and drink at most sit down restaurants. Breakfast Feature vouchers ($17.75/$11.00) are good for characters breakfasts or a full service breakfast. All of these vouchers can be a good deal and save you a lot, or not save you much at all, depending on where you use them and for what.

You can also order discount movie passes for $4.50 each for many major national chains (Loews, AMC, Crown and a few others).

That is basically it. If you order $50 or more of a particular item, that item is delivered in about 3 days. Order less than $50 and it takes 7 - 10 days. We have been using the service for about 3 years now and have not had any problems.
