Some of my fast passes are gone

So I have been having trouble seeing any of my fast passes on the MDE app for the last few days and was starting to panic as our trip is in 13 days.
I finally logged into the actual website and found them all there with the exception of one day.
All of our fast passes for DHS on August 31st are gone including Slinky dog.
Can someone please help or direct me where to go?
I usually call our DVC number for all our stuff so not sure where I would call about this.

Do you have MNSSHP tickets and did you book FP for it? Call IT and see if they can get them back for you

No they are not for the MNSSHP. They are for DHS.

since you can"t logout of it, uninstall the app and reinstall and see if they appear. Alternately, check on a pc.

That, in itself, would not matter.

Did you book FP at MK on a day where you are attending MNSSHP?

And, on what day of your trip (last day?) did the DHS FPs disappear?

If you made FPs with a MNSSHP ticket, and didn't have another valid ticket in your MDE account for your MNSSHP day, your last day of FPs was probably deleted. You should call. It happens:

I never had a MNSSHP ticket. I have a 4 day hopper ticket. At my 60 days out I made my fast passes. One day in each park. First day MK, second day DHS, third day EPCOT and last day AK. Everything is there except DHS. And I did check on their website as opposed to my app
Does anyone know if I can call MS through DVC and if not, the number for IT?
