Thanks Dan! The video was great and gets me even more excited to experience M:S in December!

I am going to pass on the video. The ride was enough for me. I am glad I rode it, but it will be the last time. It was awesome, but I wasn't myself for hours afterwards. If it was any longer, I think they would have been carrying me out. Now I know why there were so many benches around.

Thanks for the links Dan. The launch video made me feel like I was there again. :)

My wife and I just got back from DW and, of course, had a chance to ride MS. All I can say is WOW! It was a blast (pun intended)! I just wish it were longer!!!

I think one thing about the attraction is they warn you about 5,000 times about motion sickness before you get on the attraction. Knowing what I know about motion sickness, I think this may contribute (somewhat) to people who have gotten sick. Research has shown motion sickness does have a mental component to it. You can talk yourself into being sick in the right conditions. Anyway, I'm wondering if they might want to tone down the warnings a bit.

My wife and I were talking to a CM at Epcot the day we hit MS. They told us, when it originally opened, it was actually more intense (i.e. you pulled more gs) but they found something like 85% of the people getting off it were becoming sick. After riding the "toned down" version I wish I could have ridden the earlier version.

Anyway, it was still a lot of fun. I also like the activities when you depart your ship. I sent a few video cards to my friends and they loved them.

It is a must do attraction...
