Solo at Wine bar George

I am on the deluxe dining plan in September can anyone tell me how this works for a solo diner at wine bar George?

I can't explain the dining plan part, but the dinner menu entrees are for 2 or more people. No entrees for a solo. You will need to dine off of the appetizer menu. The food was good, and I loved the grilled endive salad, but just be prepared that you will have more limited options as a solo.
