Done solo several times there - one time I was OK with some of the show - they tend not to go full-boat on solo diners anyway, but you can get the 'light' treatment with the elbows thing, and finishing the veggies - they'll often include you with a nearby table. Another time I just told the server I was there for a quiet meal and I was not bothered or included the entire time. There was another solo diner at a table across from me who also wanted to avoid the show - they're very good at respecting wishes and even picking up on body language for someone who doesn't want to be too interactive (the other solo diner never requested to be left out, but she just looked like she wanted to do some texting or blogging or something, and the server got the vibes.
