Sold both contracts in under 30 days

IT is bittersweet as I soon will no longer be a DVC member. I sold my SSR with only 25 points and it clear ROFR this week so it has a new owner.

Also I was just notified my OKW sold today at top dollar, more that what I paid. It is sad as we say goodbye to DVC. However we have are now traveling the world and seeing the countries.

Bittersweet.

Better to sell when you WANT to for a good price, then sell when you HAVE to at a low price. Just ask all those poor people who sold between 2009-2012!

We were members for a decade and it was there when we needed Disney the most. Now to walk away with exactly what we paid makes us happy.

seriously, it's great to get out with great memories and a great deal - staying onsite for just the maintenance fees.

I don't want to sell my DVC but the accountant in me is definitely aware of the current resale prices, which makes it tempting to sell...
