SOG Wedding

Trying to get ahold of Shades of Green to see if they have openings in May, but am having no luck. Anyone get married their and have problems getting in touch with them?

I've heard of others complain about their lack of timliness before; although, I think someone (giffy?) called them last week or the week before.

Good to hear I'm not alone. I emailed their form twice and called this afternoon. Will be dialing all day tomorrow.

It took them well over a week to respond to the online inquiry, but I spoke to someone the first time I called. I asked for catering, then asked for who handles intimate weddings. They are not timely with email at all!

I am working w/ Theresa there at SOG and she has been very Timely. I called and talked w/ her instead of emailing to request info and such (I prefer to just get info from them over the phone so I didnt even bother w/ the request online). Now that we have everything booked I just email her questions, and w/in the hour usually she emails me back. I would suggest calling and speaking w/ them. They really are great to work w/ once you have someone!!

I managed to get a hold of someone this morning. Like all things military best time to call must be the morning lol. Now I am just waiting on them to email me the contract. Phone is really the way to go.

So relieved this is crossed off the list!
