I’ve received a few requests on my baseball threads to create some softball DISigns. I had a number of ideas, and created this thread to display the best of them.

Feel free to use any of the DISigns you find there for t-shirts or anything else.

Instructions for getting DISigns from SmugMug:
The individual galleries display with a thumbnail index to the left and a larger "preview" of one of those images on the right. 1st) Select your image from the thumbnails on the left. This may involve moving to another page. Once the larger image is displayed to the right, you can move your mouse over that image and a sub menu will appear. From that menu you can select larger sizes to view. From there you should be able to right-click and "Copy" the image to your clipboard from where you can insert it into another software product. You can also "Save Picture As" to save it directly to your computer. Now you can use it however you like.

Here are some of the DISigns with softball phrases/quotes added. I can’t take credit for the quotes themselves, since I found them on the internet. I may have tweaked a few here or there, but the original phrase belongs to someone else.

Thank you!! I make a copy of the softball and then create a mask for the top copy so that only the laces show through. I can then slip in any picture I like between the two layers and the laces will display on top of whatever it is. I can also create the mask so only part of the laces show through. That's how my baseball DISigns show Mickey & Goofy partially under the laces and partially above.

I love the Florida Marlins baseball design with "Carlos" on it! Is it possible to do a yellow softball, with my daughter's team logo ( I can email it to you??) and maybe Minnie swinging a bat? There are 11 girls on the team - so if you could do one for each of them, that would be awesome!!! AND, if I'm not pushing it, can you put "Dream and let the magic begin!" curved underneathe the softball? I know this might be alot to ask, but I think it would look really cool! Let me know if it is possible and how I can get you the logo. Their team name is "Impact Panthers" or just Panthers if it fits better! Thanks so much for your time!!

I sent you a PM with my email so you can send the logo. I wanted to see what it looks like and then decide how to incorporate it. My first thought was to put it on top of the ear logo on the ball.
My plan for the player names was to replace "Minnie" with each of their names.

You are awesome! Thanks so much! I think it looks a little "busy" with the full logo on top. I love the number and the panther idea on the shirt. Could you possibly change them - put the panther on the chest area and the number on the sleeve? And maybe just take away the logo on top? Just curious, but how did you know the name and number??? Pretty cool!! Anyway, I can give you a list of everyone:

On a hunch, I googled "Impact Panthers" just to see if there was a larger logo out there and a facebook link showed up.
Would you like the team name back on top of the ball in green?

I would like it on there, but I just don't think it fits well on top of the ball. So it doesn't need to be there. I think the Minnie with the number on sleeve, and panther on shirt; name across the softball; and "dream and let the magic begin" around the bottom would be great!
