I updated today about the not-getting of a Chinese visa. Shenzhen is off the list of things to do now.

No major loss. I wasn't convinced about shenzhen....the visa would have given us the possibility of visiting shenzhen. But the experience today has shifted the needle firmly into the not this time side of the argument.

Really? leaked when it came down heavy?

The flashing on one of the roof hips was completely rusted through and we didn't realise. The water leaked during a couple of really big downpours in November before I noticed the water damage on the ceiling.

Thankfully, we had it repaired just before Christmas. It absolutely bucketed down on Christmas day and everytime it's rained...it's just poured.

That is a bummer. I got lucky last winter. A place were ice builds up, was causing water to creep under the metal roofing. Fortunatly the leak was in the garage. With a little work at removing ice the leak ceased.

I took our niece, nephew and grandson to see Disney on Ice - Toy Story tonight. The little girl (1 to 2 yrs old) in the row in front of us provided the best entertainment, she was dancing throughout the show.

DH is working a double shift today so I'm still waiting for him to get home.

Just finished dinner...working on some pictures and then we have the initial parent tell us time with DS' teacher at school soon.

Well I'm screwed I was going to bed and walked in to find my stupid disabled little princess cat peeing on the bed! All the clean comforters are in Arline's Apt, but she went to bed a long time ago. I've already tossed the comforter in the washer, but it still has to dry.

What to do? I went to bed at 2AM last night, looks like the same thing tonight.

Perhaps LTPers will be around to keep me up through this dilemma.
